IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

Parking: Spectators will park in the west lot (behind the pressbox). Buses and trucks will park in theeast lot (behind the visitor stands). There is no charge for parking.

Restrooms: Restrooms are available inside the stadium under the visitor stands near the bus andtruck parking areas.

Tickets: Tickets are available online before the event at the following link:https://www.showpass.com/baytown2021/ . Tickets will be available for purchase day of at Gate 1near the spectator parking area.

Warm Up: Wind, battery, and guard warm ups are located in the GCISD Transportation Center lot tothe southeast. Front ensemble warm ups are located just to the right of this area. Please see theattached map and schedule for further detail.

Field Surface: Artificial turf surface with hash marks 60’ from each sideline bisecting each yardlineand parallel every one yard.

Power on Field: Power will be available on the front sideline at the 50-yard line. Ensembles will berequired to provide their own power on the back sideline.

Adjudicator Commentary/Panel: Adjudicator commentary will be uploaded directly to yourensembles CompetitionSuite account. The adjudicator panel for this event will be include:

FloMarching: This event will be streaming live on FloMarching. More information about USBandsevents live streaming can be found at usbands.org

Retreat/Meet & Greet: Drum major only retreat. Drum majors should report to the ensemble entrancegate prior to the last performance. Meet & Greet will take place in the side 2 endzone.

Concessions: Concessions will be available inside the stadium under the home bleachersthroughout the event. PepWear will be onsite selling event-related merchandise throughout the event.

Credentials/Access: Students who have already performed are free to re-enter the stadium throughthe ensemble exit gate. Staff and chaperones with proper credentials are also permitted to enterthrough this gate. All other individuals without proper credentials are required to purchase a ticket.
