EVENT GUIDE
ROAD CLOSURES / PARKING
Road closure – Neasham Road will be closed at the front of the Darlington Arena between the A66 and Brankin Road from 8pm to midnight.
There is NO parking on site at the Darlington Arena, all parking is sold out and access will only be permitted to those who have a pre-purchased ticket.
A local residents parking scheme is in place on event days at the Darlington Arena preventing parking on local and nearby streets. Enforcement Officers will be on patrol on the day and cars parked in breach of parking regulations
will receive a penalty charge notice.
BY TRAIN
Arriving by train into Darlington Station on the East Coast Main Line. Darlington Train Station is approximately a 20 minute walk to the Darlington
Arena. On leaving Darlington Station to the Yarm Road exit, take the footbridge across to Neasham Road. Stewards will be on hand to direct.
DROP OFF / TAXI
We encourage all vehicle drop offs (including taxis) to do so at the retail park on Neasham Road – DL1 4DF. Signage and Stewards will guide the way for
concert goers to the Arena. The retail park is a 15 minute walk from the Darlington Arena.
There will be NO drop off or pick up at the Darlington Arena from 8pm due to road closures.
Parking restrictions will be enforced on the A66.
PARK & RIDE
Durham Tees Valley Airport – DL2 1LU
PRE BOOK ONLY - £5 per person
A park and ride will run from Durham Tees Valley Airport from 3pm on Friday 2nd August with a bus service leaving at regular 4 minute intervals.
The cost of the Park & Ride is £5 per person.
Return bus service will run from the front of the Darlington Arena from 10:00pm with a regular service to Durham Tees Valley Airport following the event.
SHUTTLE BUS
Darlington Town Centre - Feethams Coach Stop - DL1 5QT
PRE BOOK ONLY - £5 per person
A shuttle bus service will run from Darlington Town Centre, Feethams coach stop (alongside the Dolphin Centre) from 3pm at regular 4 minute intervals.
Following the event, a frequent shuttle bus service will run from the front of the Darlington Arena from 10:00pm to the coach stop on Feethams.
Parking in Darlington Borough Council Car Parks will be free of charge from 3pm on Friday 2nd August. Below is a list of available car parks with postcodes:

BAG SEARCHES WILL BE IN PLACE
Only one bag per person will be allowed. This should be no bigger than A4 in size (30cm x 20cm).
You are permitted to bring 1 x 500ml bottle of water which must be sealed.
There will be no luggage hold available.
Please allow plenty of time to account for bag searches on entry.

Food and alcohol
Aerosol cans, glass, flasks or anything that can be used as a projectile or weapon
Blankets, shooting sticks and walking stick with seats
Chairs or camping equipment
Recording or professional camera equipment

AT THE VENUE
PLEASE ENSURE YOU USE THE CORRECT ENTRANCE POINT.
Your entrance point is clearly signposted by ticket type.
For all hospitality tickets, please enter via Arena main reception located in the South Stand.
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
There are no cash points on site at the Darlington Arena.
There will be a limited number of card machines available on the bars, so we advise bringing cash to avoid delays. The majority of on-pitch food outlets
will be cash only.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please keep your ticket with you at all times.
Ensure you allow enough time for your journey to the Darlington Arena.
Access routes and drop off points are displayed on the map overleaf.
Please use bins provided.
Please bear local residents in mind when leaving the stadium post-concert.

Valid ID
Medical Information (In case of medical condition or dietary requirement)
Clothing / Footwear for all weather conditions (Golden Circle and GA tickets are not under cover)
ALCOHOL AND SMOKING POLICY
The Darlington Arena operates a strict Challenge 25 policy in relation to all alcohol sales. Please ensure you have suitable ID.
Persons who have consumed excessive alcohol will be refused entry.
Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted within the stadium. There are designated smoking areas outside the stadium.
