The college has seen a sustained improvement in outcomes over the last four years. This hasbeen as a result of a complete overhaul of financial and curriculum planning, significantinvestment in the physical estate and a focus on CPD, performance management and cleartarget setting. We operate in a collegiate environment to ensure that the best ideas fromacross the college are captured and implemented. This approach is supported by effectivesystems providing accurate data to track the progress of learners and our risk profiling tool, which identifies learners at risk of not completing so that we can provide additional support.
The Corporation Board members are extremely supportive and play an active part in settingthe strategic direction of the college and giving appropriate challenge.
