Final Cut Pro This form of technology was vital for us, as

it was the main platform in which we edited our main title sequence

All match cuts, jump cuts, and continuously edited scenes were all created through final cut pro.

Through using Final Cut Pro I have actually learnt how much of a vital element editing is to the process, and a good editing software such as this was absolutely critical!

Camtasia

Camtasia again was vital for our title sequence, as it really aided the story line and making the sequence understandable.

We used Camtasia to import the speech bubbles that represented the characters speaking to each other, so without these the title sequence would be nowhere near as clear if we didn’t have them!

Youtube played an important an important role, but mainly in the research stages.

This is because Youtube acted as a fantastic source of inspiration, as we were able to watch other similar title sequences, and get inspiration.

Vimeo was the final piece of technology that used in this process, as it was the platform that we used to distribute our text.

Without Vimeo we would not have anywhere to distribute our product, so this was also a vital part of the process.

What technology taught me… Throughout this process I have learnt

one thing that has really made me realise something, and that is that nothing would be possible without technology!

Everything from the research up until the distribution involved some form of technology, and without it, the process just wouldn’t be possible.

I also feel as though I have become more contempt with technology, and I’m now able to do tasks in much more creative ways, and I feel as though I have adapted the ability to be so much more imaginative and creative, to make things look perfect!
