What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

My magazine is based closely around Mojo, which is owned by BAUER media, along with NME and Kerrang. BAUER media is a large company and has a vast supply of resources and people which could help produce my magazine.

Because BAUER owns mojo, they may think that PULSE would create competition between mojo and my magazine, however mojo is aimed at an older audience, whereas my magazine is aimed at the age group of 16-24 year olds, which fills a gap in the market instead of creating competition, which should create more money for BAUER.
