I feel that I have learnt a significant amount during the progression towards my full product, both practically and analytically. I have developed my understanding behind the production of magazines and all aspects that need to be taken into consideration in order to make a successful magazine that would appeal to the desired target audience.

I had an initial understanding of magazine conventions as I used to see them all the time and I based some of student magazine upon that. Since then my knowledge has progressed far much more than just looking at magazines and recognising the different features as I can now analyse and give the reasons why these different aspects of the magazine have been put into play and the effect they have on the audience. Additionally I have a further insight of how the audience respond to certain magazines and different features and also what they themselves prefer out of a wide range of options which I narrowed down and implemented into my music magazine. Going into such depth helped me produce a successful magazine according to my audience feedback which ultimately tells me I have progressed a lot since the preliminary task furthermore I can see the improvement myself evidently through my work.

I had a lot of feedback upon my student magazine which I kept in mind all the way through to the finishing of the full product in order to implement the newfound knowledge I obtained, into the magazine, so I could maximise the magazines appeal. Initially I was a newbie at Adobe Photoshop but I have progressed since the student magazine and can confidently use the software and its appropriate features to make a range of products. This progression I am particularly proud of as I am able to implement it into different pieces of work and it has also provided me with a developed as well as basic knowledge of the software which furthermore meant I could use the adobe package more easily as the different software's all have a similar layout so I could also use Adobe InDesign at my convenience. As well as this my knowledge, understanding and awareness of other software's both online and off the computer have increased, so much so that I have implemented some of these software's into my work throughout and can now present my work on different forms of media to improve the aesthetic look and sophistication of my work.

I have learnt how to:• Use Blogger to upload and arrange my data in an appealing and chronological way to keep organised.

Additionally I have learnt how to embed different software's upon blogger to present my work in a more aesthetically pleasing way.

• Use a camera to obtain high quality photographs taking into consideration all the factors that may effect the image such as backgrounds, lighting etc.

• Utilise Adobe Photoshop at a high level to create my magazine at a professional quality with professional effects and finishes via editing images, text, backgrounds and different features that appear on my front cover.

• Use Sliderocket to edit and create presentations for my work• Use Prezi to create a more interesting way of discussing my work.• Constantly back up my work externally and internally in order to prevent me from falling back if works

gets corrupted or lost.
