• We used consistent color when we wanted to give off a certain type of vibe, this proved to be very effective as we used a black & white/greyscale to highlight the aspects of depression sadness and a dark part of the characters life, this use of color was also very effective to highlight the type of genre (soul) as it is a classy and more unique genre, this is because black and white is considered a classy color scheme. This often change many viewers mood as the use of black and white is often linked to oppression.

• The thematic consistency within this piece of media is extremely present, we start off with the character at a happy point, we follow him to a dark part of his life and then back up to a high, the consistency of the story and the whole music video is very consistent and we are often looking forward to what happens to him next, the consistency is very present as the story follows a continuous narrative.

• The artist representation in this media product is very prevalent and effective as we aim to show him off as a man with self direction, talented and someone who is not scared to go after what they want, this is effectively shown through a narrative where we follow him go against what society tells him what to do and we see his determination to become a “better man”. We also aimed to represent him as a well dressed, tasteful and intelligent man

• All of our fonts within the media product and marketing aspect of the media product are fairly similar, we wanted to go for a classic and smarter feel as the genre is soul which is a relatively classy genre and not very well renown. We also think that the fonts would go very well with the color scheme and the general vibe of the music video. We used this font because it links the genre, color scheme, vibe and general type of artist that Leon Bridges is.
