1. What were your expectations in participating in the first

project meeting ?

General Aspects

Work in the Project activities and know more about how is the Project

running in other school partners. Also to know even more about

Croatia and our partner school.

To meet other people

-implementation of planned "Sport and health" activities;

-evaluation of current project activities;

-discussing activities planned during a visit to Spain;

-finding solution to the problems that emerged during the

implementation of project tasks;

- taking a decision on visit to Turkey;

I felt great and was very enriching. The fact of going as a

2. What kind of changes or improvements would you suggest ?

1. Teachers should have more working sessions during the visits and

they should do more activities with the students. 2. Participants should

have an impact on the forms of spending free time at night (the choice

of staying at the hotel or going out). 3. During the working sessions,

we lose a lot of time for the translation from English into Italian.

Partners from Italy should remember that the working language of the

project is English. All inquiries concerning the implementation of

project tasks should be sent by e-mail to the coordinator of the project

and solved earlier.

To participate more partners in each country, I think it's better for the

project.The number of boys and girls are similar to find host families

easier.

3. Other comments:

During the project meetings we lose too much time to translate into

Italian- partners from Italy should note that English is the language of

the project.



ConclusionsAll partners participating in the meeting were fully aware of the meeting

goals and objectives.

All partners were satisfied with the meeting in terms of :

- establishing good working relationship

- setting and specifying tasks for the future, deadlines and partners’

responsibilities.

Taking all partners’ contribution to the success of the meeting into

consideration, the opinions are divided and some of the partners

disagreed with this statement.

The meeting met all partners expectations to a high or very high degree.

All participants evaluated logistics and organization of the meeting as

very good or excellent. The only weekness pointed out was the

accomodation and poor meals served at the hotel.



The content of the meeting. School activities and workshops for

students got the highest mark from all the partners. The opinions on

working sessions for teachers vary from good to excellent. Almost half of

the participants thought that the number of working sessions was not

enough. Most of the issues raised during the working sessions were

clear to all participants. However, some of them like dates of mobilities

and tasks for meeting in Spain were considered incomplete.
