EVALUATION PLEASE READ THIS EVALUATION GUIDE CAREFULLY!! EVALUATION CRITERIA The teacher will value the work of the groups. Students have to cooperate with their group mates so that they achieve the objectives. The main aims of the different tasks are the following:

o To improve the students' communicative competence in English, so that they can communicate in English orally with their classmates and friends without fear of making mistakes.

o To encourage students to use the ICT Resources when working in class, which will be of help in their future life.

According to these objectives, the teacher will value different aspects of their work. These are the following:

Incomplete Average Good Excellent Mark

Group organization

There was no organization at all.

There was some kind of organization but not a lot.

They have managed to organize themselves.

There's been a perfect organization within the group.

Group Work

They have not worked in groups.

They have sometimes worked in groups.

They show that they've worked in groups.

Their group work has been very good since the very beginning.

Use of internet

S/he needs help to surf on the net & look for information

S/he uses the links suggested and s/he doesn't need help to surf on the net easily.

S/he is able to use the links to find the information & doesn't need help.

S/he finds the information very easily using the links suggested.

Content of the project

They have little knowledge of what they are asked for (Technological process and electricity project)

They have a certain knowledge of the themes.

They have a good knowlege of the themes.

Their knowledge of the themes is excellent.

Information Research

They haven't found much information.

They have looked for enough information.

The final project shows that they've done a good information research.

They have done an excellent information research.

They don't communicate and the content is bad.

They don't communicate, but the content is quite good.

The content is very good, they communicate but there are some mistakes of pronunciation.

They communicate in good English & the content is excellent.
