3 = good - average; demonstrates competence in about 70-79% of the tasks assigned and performs at a level expected of an average performing student.
2 = fair - meets minimum standard by demonstrating competence in about 60-69% of the tasks assigned; needs improvement.
1 = poor - unsatisfactory; demonstrates competence in less than 60% of the tasks assigned.
