• A network of National Coordinators (people)• A web-site• Minimum budget for one or two meetings per

year• Building capacity for project preparation• Political lobbying in region and outside region• Development of a funding strategy



• FAO can contribute with seed money• Sponsoring countries can contribute in kind• All countries in the region can contribute
