- Four formal project meetings will take place during the project.
- Kick off meeting / annual meeting / final meeting
- Technical meetings for individual work packages will be planned according to
the workload and the progress achieved.
- The individual work package coordinators will organize the technical meetings
of each work package.
- Crossectional WP meetings to account for multiple participation and WP
interaction
- Interaction to related projects if applicable.

• Training
- Tutorials on the intermediate results of the project will be given by the members
of the consortium individually in their countries and in the WG’s and TC they are
attending within WELMEC, OIML and CEN/CENELEC.
- Practical workshop for stakeholders and instrument manufacturers during the
project
- Workshop on the outcomes of the project
• To liaise with the Standards Developing Organizations WELMEC and OIML,
especially.
WELMEC WG 7 and OIML TC5/SC2, in order to contribute to the relevant
standards development work and receive active input for the project.

Stakeholder advisory board
The aim of the Stakeholder Advisory Board is to clarify the needs of the various
interested parties and to feed these into the project.
The Stakeholder board will be chaired by the coordinator. The meetings of the
Stakeholder board will be in conjunction with the annual meetings.
Proposed Members:
- European manufacturers’ organisations CECIP, CECOD, FARECOGAZ, AQUA, and
VDMA, etc.
- Representatives from organizations responsible for market surveillance,
verification and inspection (Agentschap Telecom (The Netherlands), the National
Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI), Arbeitsgemeinschaft Mess- und Eichwesen
(AGME), CEM, BEV, METAS) will also be part of the board.
- In addition, representatives from the relevant harmonization organizations
(WELMEC WG 7 ”Software”, OIML TC5/SC2)
