Social skills and competences Team work. I coordinated the research activity at FUDV between 2001-2003 and during The Marie Curie Fellowship, at Groningen University I took part of a multidisciplinary research team Communication skills. I improve my intercultural communication skills during the periods of training in Sweden, The Netherlands and Germany. Teaching students for the past 10 year has been an opportunity to improve the observational skills and conflict mediation ability, active listening and proactive orientation.
