EUROCOM SMART STAFF MOBILITY PROJECT
K1 – ERASMUS + STAFF MOBILITY SUPPORTING STUDENT MOBILITY IN EUROPE
AIMS OF THE PROJECT:
1. to improve the quality and quantity of student mobility in Europe2. to develop student tuition and evaluation of learning outcomes
during workplacement periods3. to carry out the workplacement periods according to ECVET
principles to guarantee the recognition and validation of learning outcomes
4. To improve the cooperation of VET and working life 5. to learn from other cultures and and the culture of working life
GENERAL AGREEMENTS
1 We use the ECVET toolkit and parts of the Europass mobility2 We use our own staff profile which will be adapted according to our requirements3 We use our previous manuals which will be adapted to our latest requirements4 We agree on a Memorandum of Understanding5 We agree on a joint procedure to prepare the World of Work and our teachers,
perhaps by sending them to a language course under KA1 (e.g. : www.schooleducationgateway.eu or any other language school)
6 We agree that every partner should emphasize on the fields they are specialized in7 We want to have an impact on the internationalisation of our organization and the
region by providing language courses for teachers and educators to be able to participate in the project.

PROGRAM OF THE PROJECT WEEK
Monday: travelling - welcome information regarding the welfare system in Italy and programme and tasks ofparticipants.
Tuesday and Wednesday: ”job-shadowing” at work places

Thursday:
reports and sharing good practices regarding student tuition and evaluation.
cultural programme in the afternoon

Elderly people who cannot leave alone
Nursing Homes: for different kinds of residents who need nursing care
Protected Homes: for elderly people with a high level of care because of mental health problems (dementia, alzheimer’s disease, depression,etc.)
Health care Homes: for elderly peple with a high level of dependency because of chronic conditions which require full-time health care and rehabilitation also for short periods

for elderly people who don’t want to face everyday housework and to be isolated. They are private and quite expensive

Social Centres (centri sociali) are meeting places for independent elderly people who volunteer to organise activities such as : parties , card games, cultural initiatives, trips, social outings,etc.
Day Centres (centri diurni) are for elderly people partly self sufficient, and provide a service which aims to help the elderly remain independent and to make new friends.

HOME CARE SERVICES:
help elderly people to retain independence dignity and comfort in their own home, preventing institutionalisation.
