As a computer technician, I utilize my troubleshooting skills to evaluate the computers which are not functioning correctly and repair the units to a fully functional machine. I also use remote terminals to connect the machines to a network were I can implement the virus removal protocols to scan and remove all malware and virus from the computers. I become familiar with the work space, and use my communication and problem solving skills to help the with any concerns a person may have.
