Welcome reception

The welcome reception is at hotel Marienlyst on the 6th of October at 19.00 o’clock. It is a light standing meal.

Getting around

From the Airport to Helsingør

• A direct train to Helsingør departs from the Airport every 20 minutes. It takes about 50 minutes.

• Tickets can be purchased from vending machines at the station. Choose a ticket for all zones (alle zoner).

• Walking from Madan Sprunk and Scandic hotel to hotel Marienlyst – 1,3 km approx. 10-15 minutes.

• Take ”Lokalbanen” from Helsingør station (direction Gilleleje and Hillerød). Get of at ”Marienlyst” – 5 minutes drive

Practical information

• It is Denmark and it is in October. This means

that the weather can be very variable and it

can be a bit chilly. Remember convenient and

warm clothes for the trip on Oct. 8. Hiking

shoes or rubber boots and rain gear or an

umbrella will be a good idea.
