To make it easy for E*trade I chose to divide the information about this person in three categories; 1. Media consumption - To see where they can be reached 2. Technology - As an online service that depend on technology this is crucial to know about 3. Lifestyle - Tap into values and beliefs to be able to connect on a personal level
