A revision and update mechanism will be defined.

• Metadata is mandatory to accept an indicator in ETMS

• In principle, ETMS should not produce metadata, just collect and check them.

• Metadata options• ESPON Database Template (MS Excel),

based in ISO-19115 standard.• ... or normalized ISO-19115, INSPIRE-

compatible XML document.
