· Number of Lectures: 40· Two hours Class and half an hour would be for post-class doubt

clearing. · The Course would be divided into two parts (A & B) and each part

having two topics. Part A: 1. Ethics & Human Interface 2. A�tude, Ap�tude & Emo�onal Intelligence Part B: 1. Public/Civil Services Values & Ethics in Public Administra�on 2. Probity in Governance · Part A corresponds well with Part A of the ques�on paper. Mostly the

terms and defini�onal context comes from Part A. Part B similarly corresponds well with Part B of the ques�on paper. The Case Study ques�ons mostly come from this part of the syllabus.

Please Note: The best way to nego�ate this paper is to cross-pollinate both the topics mutually. One has to give live-examples from Part B while explaining the terms of Part A and use of technical terms while you solve Case Study given in Part B is highly appreciable. In the Class this methodology would be entrenched into you so that the score which you get in this paper becomes objec�vely consistent without any vola�lity. Scoring consistently 120+ in this paper should not be considered as a far-fetched goal.

Features/Offers

· 8 Sessions for each topic of Part A: 7 lectures would be dealing with the

theore�cal por�on & the eighth class would be kept for dealing with the

Case Studies ques�ons based on that por�on. On the eighth lecture the

Mains ques�ons from both the topics would also be discussed in detail.

This makes for a total of 8*2=16 sessions for two topics of Part A.

· 10 Sessions for each topic of Part B: 9 Lectures would be catering to the

theore�cal aspects of both the topics while the last lecture would

exclusively be for CS based on both the topics. Part B is the area from

which CS ques�ons are framed. In these 2 lectures viable CS would be

framed from everyday newspaper for the topics covered under the

syllabic content for this por�on. This makes for a total of 10*2=20

Sessions for two topics of Part B

· Apart from this each Lecture would end with a brief test covering the

topics covered for that day. In every class there would also be a 15

minutes Rapid Fire round so that students keep-up with the various

terminologies of Ethics.

· Classroom Test: The next four Days would be full classroom test

inclusive of discussion sessions based on each of the four topics of the

paper. There would be peer group checking of answer sheet so that

student gets equipped to analyze, apprise and differen�ate average

answers from a good comprehended answer. th

· 2 Simulated Tests: On the last and the final class i.e. 40 class 2

exclusive UPSC pa�ern full �me Test Papers would be provided to each

student. The students have the op�on to write the tests at the place of

their preference and submit it to the support staff of the Centre. Each

answer sheet would be checked and remarked by myself.

Part B: 2nd Topic - Probity in Governance


Four Sessions would be each catering to an individual test for each Part of the syllabus. Students would have to mandatorily come at the required �me and complete the test in 3 hours sharp and submit the paper at the centre itself. Class Room ends with the handing of two complete test provided to you which you can write and hand over at the centre to be evaluated and discussed on a one-to-one basis.

Class Room Sessions 37 to 40:

Remember that this paper needs one to develop certain ins�ncts where he/she works with ethical and moral approach.
