Volunteer firefighters are the face of the organizations that they represent. Ethical issues frequently arise when volunteers make rapid decisions in
unusual situations resulting in an unexpected ethical dilemma.

Participants will leave the class with a sharper understanding of the practice of ethical behavior in our work specifically, public service generally, and in our daily lives.
