Two main changes -
Apply to all three levels of registration
1. E4 – Carry out and record CPD
2. E5 – Exercise responsibilities in an ethical manner.

Third Edition of UK-SPEC:
Competence E5 requires candidates to provide evidence of how they, ‘exercise responsibilities in an ethical manner’.
Formal assessment of this new competence will begins in January 2016.
Any application scheduled for interview after this date will include assessment of this new competence.

“Give an example of where you have applied ethical principles as described in the Statement of Ethical Principles on page 33 (of UK-SPEC)”
“Give an example of where you have applied/upheld ethical principles as defined by your organisation or company, which may be in its company or brand values.”
