No security level . The Hydrian Software Solution was small in size and only

3 to 4 persons were running the organization. Except of vice president (MUSTAFA SYED), the rest of the

employees were not formally dressed up. The vice president was educated, experienced, practiced,

friendly and somehow aggressive in talking. Vice president was not giving an appropriate response or interest towards the unethical questions which were being asked by group members; actually he was trying to hide his organization’s unethical practices.

When group members were asking one question through different modes then he showed his slight level of interest towards their unethical organizational practices.

Observations:

He said that we have compliance department that reports the unethical practices if they occurs in the organization.

Vice president said that sometime he tells a lie to his customers about selling of any software because he believed that without telling a lie to customers the sales of the company will not increase.

Vice president discussed that no organization is free from unethical practices, and eventually showed his interest that some unethical practices in his organization were being caught by compliance department in the past.

Hydrian Software Solution should enforce a better security system for visitors and customers.

The rest of the Hydrian Software Solution employees should dress up themselves with formal attire in order to look good in front of customers.

The vice president and other employees of Hydrian organization should not tell a lie to their customers for the sake of increasing sales of the company.

Compliance department should report ethically and properly to the upper management of the organization.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Hydrian Software can enhance its public image by providing easy to access, hacking free software’s to customers.

Network companies should not deduct the hidden charges from their customers.

Organization should train new employees and should not impose pressure to increase sales.

Organization should expand its size and should hire skillful people and should give them chance to show their skills or talent.

Hydrian software solution should not only focus to the banking sector but should also provide software’s for everyone.

Hydrian Software Solution is providing software services to different banking sectors, embraced of world leaders in international banking and its securities. However, Hydrian fulfills the laws of industry but eventually doing some unethical practices within and outside the organization.
