1. a) Code of Ethics in Regulation 941(made under the

Professional Engineers Act) to act with fairness and loyalty

to your employer and the prospective client.

b) Verify whether the machine manufactured by your firm was

unsuitable for the prospective client.

c) Code of Ethics requires professional engineers to be

consummate professionals.

d) inform the client of the competitor's machine that you

would satisfy the requirements.
