RETURN POLICYAuthorization from a McCoy Customer Service Representative is required prior to returning goods. Allproducts accepted for return must be current, unpriced, and resaleable as new (a determination to bemade by McCoy). Software is fully returnable only if it remains unopened. Merchandise approved forreturn after six months from date of invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product is not return-able after one year from date of purchase. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at McCoy’sdiscretion. All products returned to McCoy with inadequate packing material will be refused or charged a25% restocking fee at McCoy’s discretion. Credit for the merchandise returned will be issued within 30days of receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Specific productlines, such as Welch Allyn and Littmann, require that products be returned directly to them and, therefore,are subject to manufacturers’ individual return/repair policies.
