Being a CEO of Estrrado, Monish provides overall leadership and direction

for all aspects of the company’s business including strategy, software

development, and global delivery models. Monish starts his career as a

member of Oracle Siebel Development team at Speridian Technologies.

With his experience, he built the organization from the ground up, providing

innovative solutions, uncompromising quality, and best-in-class service to its

clientele. Among his key accomplishments is the development and

expansion of Estrrado’s business across different countries.

Reghunadhan Nair has 26 years of experience in professional field

spread over Education, Research and Industry. Prior to joining Estrrado,

Reghunathan was a Senior Manager of UST Global and General Manager

of FlyTxt Technologies, leading all products and technologies, and

driving innovation globally. He was instrumental in defining the

company’s technology and product strategy and architecture. He is

especially known for his championship of technology as an amplifier of

human potential, and his passion for applying software in purposeful

ways to address some of the biggest global challenges.
