About us - established in December 2012!- at present we are a group of 25 angel investors!- we meet up 2 times per month on!

- pitch events – 1st Monday of each month! - networking & training events – 2nd Thursday of each month!

- we screen deals together and conduct due diligence together!- decision making is individual!- we may invest individually or in a syndicate depending on the interest in the deal!- our investment range is usually between 20 k – 500 k EUR

Members & Sponsors Members are encouraged to invite interested individuals to join EstBAN as investors. Each new applicant must have a recommendation from 2 existing members. Annual membership fee is 200 EUR. !!We also accept associate members – organizations that can provide tools or services necessary for EstBAN – currently we are in negotiations with Tehnopol, Arengufond and Deloitte Advisory regarding associate membership. !Annual membership fee varies from 1000 – 3000 EUR.! !We also welcome any individual or organization to become a sponsor for EstBAN. !We are happy to accept any amount.

EstBAN members evaluate the deals. If interested then set deadlines for due diligence and parties interested in investing

Pre-screening committee analyzes and rates deals. Deals passing benchmark level will be sent to pitch event Pre-screening committee is composed for each screening meeting on rotational basis of 5 EstBAN members

Entrepreneur submits deal to Gust (directly or via deal flow partner) EstBAN General Manager reviews deals and prepares deals for pre-screening committee

DEAL SUBMISSION: !continuous
