This lesson examines the scriptural foundation of the reality of the Supernatural—every-day walking and living in this realm. How many of you are hungry for an open heaven in your life? If you really want the supernatural to be natural and common in your life, this course and this lesson is for you. Is your heart’s cry, “I want heaven to touch the earth. I want heavenly glory. I want to open up the windows of heaven and I want to live in the supernatural provision of God’s grace, power and presence”? In my life and in the ministry of Fresh Fire, we have been living, on a daily basis since 1998, in the reality of the spiritual realm. Through this lesson I want to lay a foundation for understanding the spiritual realm. I want to raise our expectations of how much of God we can receive and walk in now. Let’s grow in faith to encounter and experience God in ways that we have never encountered before. 5:17,18) These past saints are looking at our generation, at the last day anointing on the last day’s army. Yet, many of us still think of supernatural experiences as something that was for the early church or just for special saints of God. Christians today have lowered their faith expectations for personally touching the heavenly realms that bible characters did. But how can we shut our eyes to the realm that God’s people walked in from the beginning of the Bible to the end of the Bible. I want to pray like Elisha prayed—that the eyes of Gehazi’s heart would be open so he would also see in the spirit into the second heaven. That’s the realm of angels and demons. I’ve decided that I would live with that expectation that my eyes would remain open to the supernatural. Why can’t that happen to me or to you? Why wouldn’t we want that to happen to us? Let’s ask the Holy Spirit to let the anointing of Ephesians 1:17, “the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation,” come upon us. 3.3. Naturally Supernatural (Heb. 4:16; Eph. 6:12) Naturally Supernatural (Heb. 4:16; Eph. 6:12) Now we’re not to actually ask angels to come visit us, to look for trances or to try predetermining where we are going to go in heavenly experiences. We are to just make ourselves available by faith and by recognizing how real the spiritual realm is. Paul said that we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood but against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. He knew there is a realm and there is a world that is even more real than natural realm or this world which we live in. God wants to make our spiritual senses acutely aware of the heavenly realm so we can constantly be aware of what the Father is doing.

B.B. Heaven is Real (2 Kings 6:15-20; Matt. 7:11) Yes, there is always a possibility of deception in everything. However, we must walk in faith, not fear—we must trust that God’s ability to keep us is greater than the Devil’s ability to deceive us if our heart is right. If I am pursuing and loving God, meditating in the word day and night and praying, “Holy Spirit come,” then we will not be deceived. The Father doesn’t want His children deceived. If we are keeping our hearts pure and staying in relationship with others who can speak into our lives, God will not allow us to fall off the cliff. Although we need to test all things and hold fast to what is good, at the same time, as members of the Western church, we need to keep our hearts and minds from the temptation to become unbelieving and skeptical of the supernatural. When we hear somebody say, “I saw an angel last night!” we tend to automatically start thinking “Awwwww, c’mon, an angel?” When I tell people about my angelic visitations or about the healing angel that manifests in our meetings, I often sense people putting up walls of skepticism. “Oh, really Todd?” I know that some of this stuff can sound a little spooky, but for me it’s real. As modern Christians, we can often live too much in our minds and in the natural realm. We have to realize that the spiritual realm is very real. In this lesson we will learn the secret to living a prosperous, abundant life, ministry and business—The Open heavens. We are going to examine how to live and minister under a heaven that’s open above and beneath our feet and lives. I’m going to share with you some keys that will open up heaven in your life a whole lot more. As God opens up the windows of heaven we can freely receive, not only material blessings, but also the presence of God, holy visitations and revival. In His word, God has also called me a priest and a king. With that kingly anointing, I enforce God’s will on earth. I am an ambassador, one of Christ’s representatives, in this world. As an intercessor and watchman for the Lord, I am seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Because of all these wonderful promises, I am blessed in the city and in the country. My children are blessed too. I am blessed in all that I put my hands to. I am blessed when I come in and when I go out. The Lord covers and protects me—I am invisible to my enemies. I am above and not beneath, the head and not the tail. God has called me to be a lender and not a borrower for He has freely given me all things through Christ. In Him I am rich. Filled with his joy, peace, patience and love, I freely love others. His




kindness and goodness work powerfully through me. I am one who has faith, gentleness and self-control. The fruit of the Spirit are displayed in my life. I am baptized in the Holy Spirit and gifted with powerful gifts from Heaven. As a believer in Jesus Christ, I cast out demons in His name. I am one who speaks with new tongues, God-given languages. According to God’s word, I am one who has power over serpents and every work of the enemy.

As God’s ambassador, I decree that I am one who lays hands on the sick and they recover. I am healed from every infirmity and immune from every sickness and disease because I am God’s child. I am strong in the Lord, having overcome the wicked one and the world. I am endued with power from on High. I decree that all the prophetic promises of God for my life are coming to pass!
