Number Properties Available Vs. Sold – Keys-Wide Source: Florida Keys MLS

Sales during the 1st Quarter of 2011 exceed that period back to 2005 and Listings have declined to the lowest March level since 2005.The average sale price during the 1st Qtr. 2010 decreased -14% from 2009 and -8% for all of 2010. For the 1st Qtr. 2011 the ASP increased +1%, the 1st increased since Dec. of 2006, which further indicates the market may have bottomed out as the number of listings decline and there are fewer highly desirable properties available to purchase.   .
