STRESS
Stress can be defined as a feeling thats created when someone react to
the particular events. Some person also defined stress as a complex series of
psychological and physical reactions that occur as one responds to a situation.
Stress also can refer to the situations that threaten or demands on your mind and
body. Stress occurs when we have problems such as being bullied or exposed to
violence things.
The situations that can create stress called stressors. The stressors can
be divided into psychological and physiological. Psychological stressors include
managing extreme emotions, handling difficult social situations, and dealing with
the troublesome thoughts. Physiological stressors include engaging in exercise,
experiencing illness, pain or injury. Stress overload can affect our health if we
cannot control it.
Some stress experts point out that stress overload has negative effects on
our body and mind. In our life, any event that creates stress requires specific
physical and psychological adjustments. For example, when we have crammed
schedules that can cause the on-going problems with coursework, we will
thinking too much and force our self to finish up until we get a sleepless problem.
These changes can affect our body health and disturb the mind.
Medical experts also generally agree with the idea that, the stressful life
events are related to illness. Distressed people may follow the unhealthy
lifestyles. For example, they may drink to much alcohol, smoking or doing drugs.
Such behaviours are likely to result in poor health.

In conclusion, stress can influence our health but its also depending on
how peoples respond or react towards it. Maybe some peoples look it with
negative views but other people may take it easy and seek for the solution to
overcome. People who can maintain their health must have good stress
management skills that can avoid them from getting too much health problems.
