Thank you for your contributions to CORA! The data you provide each month creates a cost effective foundation for dialysis providers to monitor the most recent quality trends in anemia, adequacy, mineral and bone disease, nutrition and vascular access.
BackgroundIncluded in CORA’s quarterly subscription is a summary of trended analysis of selected clinical performance measures for over 300 independent dialysis locations. All data is de-identified and submitted in a way that streamlines data submission based on each provider’s setup and infrastructure while minimizing manual work effort.
Whereas other reports are released anywhere from 18 to 36 months from the current date, this report represents data through March 2012. It also represents over 20,000 ESRD patients over the past two years and provides segmented laboratory trends by modality regardless of medication therapy or date of first dialysis.
MethodologyAll percentages reported are based on the last reported value of the month for each patient.
ContentsTrend graphs on specific measures are separated into the following sections:

Also included in this report are detailed monthly data tables by modality representing the count of patients and CPM percentage changes and trends. An interactive dashboard representing this data can be found at www.inn-online.com under the Member Resources tab.
New EnhancementsTwo new measures have been added to this CORA report (vascular access and intact PTH) along with one new data table that brings clinical value and transparency to the dataset reported. Below are two data tables that demonstrate the regional and census distribution among reporting facilities.
