INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES& PRODUCTION RANGE

Alfa Alfa Energy S.A. has developed state-of-the-art industrial facilities forthe production of waterproofing products, located in Asprpopyrgos beach, nearby the city of Athens. The industrial complex, along with the company’s warehouses and buildings are situated on a wholly owned 15,500 m2 landfield.

Our production range includes modified bituminous waterproofing mem-branes (SBS, APP, Oxidized, Self-Adhesive) with a production capacity ofover 9,000,000 m2 per year, bituminous emulsions & solutions for protection and waterproofing, rubber-sealing materials, acrylic, epoxy, polyurethaneand polysulphide products, elastomeric, plastomeric and oxidized asphalt& modified bituminous products for road construction and bridge-deckinsulation.

Alfa Alfa Energy S.A. also produces PU thermal insulation boards, throughher subsidiary Vapotherm Ltd, situated on a wholly owned 5,000 m2 landfieldin Elefsina of Attika Greece.

Our Research & Development department is equipped with sophisticated quality control testing instruments and is managed by a highly experienced team of personally and professionallymotivated employees.

Our particular focus the last years is the development of Green and Renewable energy insulation systems integrated in Civil Engineering structures (e.g. Green roof systems, Esha Photovoltaic Wateproofing membranes, Thermal Reflective undertile membranes, “cool Roof” materials,photo-catalytic and changing phase materials).

Our Sales & Marketing Department is staffed with Engineers from several disciplines,provide professional consulting services to planners and applicators, including specificationswriting for standard or individual problem solutions. When required, Esha Engineers supervise applications on the project site supporting Esha distributors & Construction companies.
