International Friendship day is a day for celebrating friendship. The first World Friendship Day was proposed for 30 July 1958. It is one of the most popular events of the world especially to the youth community who want to dedicate this complete day to their most special friends by sharing friendship day quotes.Interna-

tional Friendship Day is a celebration to mark friendships from all over the globe. Friendship Day was origi-nally promoted by Joyce Hall, the founder of Hallmark cards in 1919, and intended to be a day where people celebrated their friendships by sending cards. Traditionally, the day takes place on the first Sunday of August. Similarly, Kheer or rice pudding is one of the important Nepali cuisines used especially during religious and holy ceremonies. And also, 15th day on the month of Shrawan is considered as the day to eat kheer, locally

known as “Kheer khane din”. Nepal celebrates Kheer Day after a month of harvesting work.
