Arrival: For your ultimate comfort and relaxation, we ask that you arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Tardiness will result in a loss of precious treatment minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give 24 hour advance notice for single service and 48 hours for multiple services to avoid charges. We thank you for your understanding regarding these policies. Trust that we will do all that we can to avoid cancellation charges. All prices are subject to change.

Spa Etiquette: Please refrain from using cell phones and laptops while visiting the Spa. The Spa is an area of tranquility and relaxation so please consider it a Whisper Zone. Although children are permitted in the Spa, we ask that parents inform their children that the Spa is a Whisper Zone. Please refrain from bringing outside food into the Spa. For your convenience, a Spa Menu is provided. An auto-gratuity will be added to all groups of five or more. All Spa packages include gratuity.

Groups and Parties: Elements can accommodate groups of any size. Contact our Spa Group Coordinator to arrange your special day.

Gift Certificates: Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of wellness to the special people in your life. Gift certificates can be purchased for any service or dollar amount. For the convenience of the gift recipient, an automatic 15% gratuity will be added to all gift certificate purchases.
