3 Major Techniques Intelegent Door Operating System: The advanced non-linkage design is adopted, with advantages in terms of efficiency, energy-saving and low trou-ble rate. The trinity of 32 bit high speed digital signal processor, velocity-current double closed loop feedback control and VVVF system ensures that the door operation strictly follow the optimal speed and force curve to practice a perfect action.

High Precesion Load-Weighing Starting Device: High Sensitive piezonre-sistive sensors are applied to measure its components through linear contini-ous weighing, including car, wire rope, chain rope, etc., only a few micro seconds of response time to collect a real-time accurate measurement of load. It conducts weighing compensation by combining pre-torque at start, to eliminate fluctuation during start, running and stop and to ensure the comfort in the whole process of elevator operation.

Outstanding Electronic Technology: Each sub-system such as component controller, display, etc., adopts independent micro processors and distributed data network linkage, thus susbtantially simplifying the connection between the sub-system and enhancing reliability and flexibility of the system.

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) utlizes the surface mounting elements, in combination of the worlds advanced PCB surface mounting technology, to raise the integration of PCB and heighten the reliability and anti-jamming ability. 10K door massive field prog. gate array (FPGA) is employed in the elec-tronic circuit design, so an to make the whole system into a single chip.

LEHY-MRL adopts square permanent magnetic synchronous traction machine, which could be directly mounted on the top beam of the hoistway due to its small shape. The over head height could be reduced and the client could have more flexibility in construction design.

LEHY-MRL is the only rope-hoisting elevator of which the traction sheave parallels with the reverse sheave of the car bottom and the two sheaves are located in the same section. The ropes between the two sheaves have no distortion, thus the vibra-tion and noise is greatly reduced during elevator operations.

The traction machine, control panel and counterweight of LEHY-MRL elevators are placed at the side wall of the hoistway, so that the space between the car and the hoistway side wall is fully utilized, which increases the construcion utilization. Meanwhile LEHY-MRL adopts Shanghai Mitsubishi extra slim permanent magnetic synchronous door system, which saves more space of the construction. Furthermore, innovative machine room less hoistway design assures no overlap existing between the traction machine and the projection area of the car top, thus the top maintenance space will be larger, and there will no blind spot for maintenance.

The compact HIP rescue device is directly mounted inside the faceplate of the top landing call, which realizes the aesthetics of the construction as well as the function of the machine room.

Driving units assembled between up and down branches are driven by driving chains mesh with step links. The number of driving units can be determined according to specification of the escalator.

SMEC escalator adopts intergrated steps to offer safety and stability.High accuracy U type guide rail ensures accuracy of steps during operations.

The use of angle steel for the whole truss brings better performance in antirust and usability under all conditions.
