OXWELD® L-21 Critical Orifice FlowmeterDesigned to maintain gas flows to many different types ofapparatus for accurate flow control. By easily and quicklychanging the orifice plate, flow ranges from 10 to 6000 CFHare available. The L-21 carries two gauges, one shows thepressure upstream of the orifice plate, the other showsdownstream pressure. As long as the downstream pressure(absolute) is less than half the upstream pressure (abso-lute), the flow through the L-21 can be accuratelydetermined from the upstream pressure. For each of thenine orifice plates, a straight-line graph in the instructionliterature shows flow/pressure relationship.

Note: "Absolute" pressure is gauge pressure plus 15 psi.
