Crosstalk Electromagnetic interference Power grid fluctuations

Goal: Avoid crosstalk & provide error-correction

Crosstalk Noise

The severity of interference is correlated with the particular switching patterns on the bus.

A self-shielding code does not allow invalid transitions.
