Several conversations I have had with Michael Gould from November 2006 to February 2009 in which Mr. Gould insists he has nothing to do with the estate and yet there were conversations reflected on attorney billing statements for Attorneys for the Bank of Hawaii indicated many conversations between Michael Gould, Robert Jones and attorneys for the Bank of Hawaii while preparing the estate accounting, the IRS tax returns and discussing the impending audit by the IRS in 2007. My last conversation was via telephone wherein I politely asked if Michael would be handling the tax returns for the estate, Mr. Gould became biligerent and began yelling telling me to “lose his fucking phone number” and to go “fuck myself!” This is something I have always felt was disturbing.

About a year after my father passed away and we went to court to remove Elizabeth as trustee in San Luis Obispo and stop her and Robert Jones from selling property, I began receiving e mails from Bob Naito who is married to Elizabeth’s cousin. They were at times rude, always pro-Elizabeth, defaming and basically telling me to back off and leave Elizabeth alone, He insisted that my Dad didn’t care about me or my brother, his only concern was Elizabeth, She is Dad’s wife and entitled to everything etc and if she didn’t receive money from the estate she would have to work as a maid somewhere and then some of the e mails he lectured me on how Elizabeth had changed my father’s diapers and took care of him and that my father never mentioned me or my brother and then in another e mail he would talk about how Dad mentioned me and my brother,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the e mails were strange and definitely slanted towards Elizabeth. He talked about how me and my brother were greedy etc. This went on for several years.

IT was obvious this guy was writing to me to let me know that Elizabeth was winning the fight and that me and my brother should just go away.

Because he is an insurance broker I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Elizabeth had insurance policies on my father through Bob Naito. Certainly worth investigating.
