Towards the HYDRAULIC PNEUMATIC 2011

◆ National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congresses, organized by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and defined by the Hydraulic Pneumatic sector representatives as a “milestone” is on the way to becoming a traditional event...

◆ CME Tepekule Congress and Exhibition center is glad to be actualizing Hydraulic Pneumatic 2011, which contributes to Izmir city becoming a capital of fairs and congresses with about five thousand participants and visitors.

◆ With support from Universities that have Mechanical Engineering Departments, sector representatives and all branches of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, we believe that the interest in Hydraulic Pneumatic 2011 will continue to increase, as has been the case with previous years.

HYDRAULIC PNEUMATIC 2011 will brighten the sector with the wide space available and keen visitor portfolio.

◆ Instead of the expense of trying to reach individual clientele, you will be able to reach out to a wider audience in one go.

◆ You will have the opportunity to meet face to face with the engineers and technical specialists who use your products. You will congregate at the same arena with the buyers, sellers, users and suppliers.

VI. NATIONAL HYDRAULIC PNEUMATIC CONGRESS AND EXHIBITION TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

1. VI. National Hydraulic and Pneumatic exhibition will be held in conjunction with the VI. National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Congress of 12-15 October organized by UCTEA CHAMBER OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS2. PLACE OF EXHIBITION: CME Tepekule Congress and Exhibition Center - İZMİR3. DATES OF EXHIBITION: 12-15 October 20114. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED TO THE EXHIBITOR ORGANISATIONS: 4.1 Coordination of exhibition spaces 4.2 Preparation of stands 4.3 Electrical wiring works 4.4 Carpeting of stand areas 4.5 Pressured air installments 4.6 Organization names to be written on stand fronts in a standard format 4.7 Provision of a table and a chair at each stand 5. EXHIBITION CATALOGUE: Participation in the exhibition catalogue will be free of charge and the organizations taking part in the exhibition will be promoted. Organizations wishing to be included in the catalogue shall comply with the obligations specified in the List of Conditions for inclusion in the Organizations Exhibition Catalogue. Conditions for additional advertising in the Catalogue are specified in the List of Conditions for inclusion in the Organizations Exhibition Catalogue. 6. INSTALLATION AND DEMOUNTING The stands will be handed over to exhibitors at 12:00 on 10 October 2011 and the same shall be cleared by 18:00 on 16 October 2011.7. STAND VISITING HOURS: Between 09:00 and 19:00 hours everyday.8. PARTICIPATION FUNDEMENTALS 8.1 The Chamber may carry out with the necessary changes in the services and interpret the agreement in order to observe the rights of participant organizations. 8.2 The Chamber has the right to accept or decline additional service requests other than those mentioned in the List of Conditions. Costs for the additional services and arrangements approved by the Chamber as well as lease costs for additional exhibition materials shall be borne by the participant Organization. 8.3 Interior decoration of the stands shall be the responsibility of the participant organization. Due to the fact that the general exhibition arrangements need to be protected by the Chamber, the exhibitor shall inform the CHAMBER for such additional requests as illumination etc. and obtain approval. 8.4 The Chamber is obligated to provide the participant organization with the leased fair area and the services specified under Article 4. 8.5 The participant organization is obligated to take due care of the stand equipment delivered, not to use any materials that may cause any damage to the surface coating of stand equipment. In case of otherwise, the participant organization shall be obligated to pay in cash any damages to the said equipment. The participant organization will not be allowed to take its products out of the fair area unless the said obligations are fulfilled and all of the participation costs have been paid. 8.6 The Participant Organization cannot lease or transfer any of the rights provided for under the List of Conditions. 8.7 The Chamber shall be responsible for general security at the fair area; however the Participant Organization is responsible for insuring the said products. The participant organization shall make payment of electricity services used throughout the fair period to the CHAMBER at the rate determined by TEDAŞ. The said amount shall be invoiced by the CHAMBER to the participant organization. 8.8 In the event that the exhibition cannot be conducted due to force major such as natural disasters etc. beyond the control of the CHAMBER, the CHAMBER shall be free of its obligations. However, in the event that the exhibition is postponed or relocated to another area for such reasons, obligations of participant organizations shall continue to be valid. 9. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS 9.1 The Agreement shall be undersigned personally or by their authorized representatives in terms of real persons and by the authorized signatory or representatives in terms of corporate participants by 23r d September 2011 the latest and dispatched to below given address along with Power of Attorney or Circular of Signatures in relation to authorized representatives. 9.2 The Participant organization shall pay in cash %50 of the exhibition participation fee upon conclusion of the agreement. Remaining %50, in terms of installments; is paid in three equal installments by cheque within three months the latest as of the date of agreement The participant organization shall not have the right to demand for any rights until exhibition participation fee has been paid in full. 9.3 In the event of cancellation by the participant; if cancellation is made until 4 July 2011, %15 of the agreement price, if cancellation is made until 5t h September, %30 of the price shall be charged as cancellation fee. Remaining of advance payment shall be refunded to participant organization on 8 November 2011. 9.4 The participant organization shall pay the exhibition participation fee to; UCTEA Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Izmir Branch or transfer to İş Bankası Alsancak Branch Account 3401-765810 (IBAN TR 59 0006 4000 0013 4010 7658 10), if the payments will be in TL currency. Cheque shall be written to UCTEA Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Izmir Branch. The CHAMBER shall issue an invoice to the participant Organization for the payments made.10. MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS 10.1 The Agreement and exhibition layout plan are attached to List of Conditions. 10.2 TC İzmir Courts and Court Bailiff ’s Office shall have the jurisdiction over settlement of disputes.

Opportunities for all sponsors◆ Sponsorship will be announced by way of using the organizations logo on the congress web site prepared by CME.◆ Appreciation will be extended for sponsorships in news articles in visual and printed press. ◆ Special attention will be paid to mentioning the sponsor company names in press interwievs, press meetings, TV Interviews, radio programs.◆ Appreciation will be extended in congress publications for contributions to the sector.◆ A plaque of appreciation will be presented at the Congress Closing Dinner.

Sponsorship Conditions for Congress CD The bulletins and declarations made throughout the congress will be distributed to the participants in Bulletin Book and CD format.◆ Sponsor company may make its own promotion at the beginning of the CD.◆ Cover design of Congress CD will be designed by the representatives of Sponsor Company and the Congress Secretariat.

Sponsorship Conditions for Cocktails Cocktail meetings are planned to be organized on the first and second day of the Congress. The said cocktail organizations are part of social activities in the

congress are always extremely colorful and interactive by wide participation of the delegates.◆ Cocktail menus will be determined in line with the number of participants notified by the congress secretariat and will be sufficient for all delegation.◆ Sponsor company logo will be printed on cocktail invitations (Number of guests + company contingent).◆ Company logo will take place on the sign to be hung at the cocktail venue and an expression that suggests that the event was organized in honor of “Hydraulic Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition”.◆ The sponsor company will be able to announce its activities to the participants through visual promotional material.

Sponsorship Conditions for Congress Briefcase All delegates participating in the 6th Hydraulic Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition will be presented with a brief case free of charge. The model of congress briefcase shall be determined together by the sponsor company and the congress steering committee and will be 1000 in numbers. Preparation and making of brief cases may be organized by CME or the sponsor company and shall be delivered to the congress secretariat at least 20 days prior to start of congress.◆ Chamber logo, congress logo and sponsor company logo will be printed on lower section of lid. Logo film dimensions shall be notified to the organization and representatives by the congress secretariat.

Sponsorship Conditions for Congress Briefcase Along with the congress briefcase, the congress delegates will be provided with note books and pens to be able to take notes throughout the four days of sessions, workshops, courses and ateliers.◆ Note book cover page design shall be decided by the representatives of the sponsor company and the congress secretariat together.◆ Note book inside cover and back cover will be used by the sponsor company advertising purposes.◆ Congress and sponsor company names as well as the inscription “6th Hydraulic Pneumatic Congress and Exhibition” shall be placed on the pens.

Conditions for Sponsorship ProposalsIt is a condition that sponsorships proposed by your organization are evaluated and approved by congress organizing and steering committees in accordance with the Chamber Event organization regulations.
