Venus has red and orange thick swirly clouds all around it, with thick, poisonous atmosphere. It is very bright like the sun, and people say it can be the second sun.

Venus is almost the same size as the planet Earth we live on.

Earth's diameter is 7,926 miles ,Venus's diameter is 7,257 miles. It is about 0.9499 the size of Earth.

Our planet Venus has no rings around our planet. Our planet also have no moons.

A human could not fair on planet Venus, because it’s atmosphere is poisonous. Venus is also too hot for an average human to live on.

People are not sure who was the first to discover Venus, because it is visible with the naked eye. People think the cavemen found it first because maybe a cavemen went outside and saw Venus.
