Next CLUB Meeting – Thursday, January 5,

2012, 7:00 pm EWEB. If you have a building

project, bring it with you for "Show and Tell".

As a rule January meetings are not well

attended. If you do not show up you may get

volunteered for something.

At the November Meeting – 14 members

attended. Doug McWha chosen Member of

the Year for 2011. Congratulations Doug.

Show and Tell - One member brought in a

model and radio equipment.

Volunteer (or two) Needed - Our columnist

(With The Weekday Warriors) has retired

from his monthly contribution.

My request is that one or more of our

members will step up to the plate (or sit down

in front of their computer) and contribute

some regular input for our newsletter.

Greetings for the new year. It's time to renew our memberships in both AMA andERCA. I'll be quite busy closing out 2011, setting up the files and books for the newyear, renewing our charter with AMA. renewing our club insurance among otheradministrative functions.

We are all volunteers here at ERCA headquarters so help us to help you better bymaking our jobs easier. The best way to do that is to get your membership renewal inas soon as possible so I can finish and submit to AMA our final club roster. That wayAMA will know who belongs to our charter and gets covered by our insurance. Besides,you won't want to miss out on any of the good times we plan to have this next year.The more the merrier.

Financially, we will end 2011 with $6051.65 in the bank. That is very near where weended 2010, with $6072.82. Although we had some expenses we had not budgetedfor, we still ended this year under budget.

I'm looking forward to carrying the Secretary / Treasurer ball again this year and hopewe have as good a year as the past few in spite of the economy. So, here's wishing allmembers a Happy New Year and as always, happy landings.
