Objectives
“ToestablishacommonEuropeanframeworkandinfrastructureformonitoring public procurement across the EU, through a set ofanalytical servicesand toolsbasedona commondata structure, inorder to foster effective government spending, active commonpolicy-makingandSingleMarketcompetitiveness.“

ConceptualImplementationModel:1. Structure the EU eProcurement data lake making use of the
eProcurementOntology.2. Feed theEUeProcurementdatabase re-usingexistingTEDprocurement
data(migration).3. Collect TED procurement data (from notices, awards, payments, etc.)
makinguseofthemappingbetweeneProcurementeForms(EUstandard)andtheeProcurementOntology.
4. Provide a platform to access relevant Open Data to stakeholders andtoolstoanalysethemasLinkedOpenData,afteranassessmentof‘whatdata’and‘who’canaccessit.
5. Re-useBuildingBlocks(e.g.CEFBigDataTestInfrastructure).

of the commonpublic procurement semantic,using the eProcurementOntologyandprovidinginformationaslinkedopendata.
2. ItwillbenefitallMemberStatesthathavetoimplementtheneweForms.3. Itexploresthere-useoftheeProcurementanalyticsframeworkandtools
in other sectorswhere information from databases (e.g. BRIS) can begatheredandmadeavailable.
