Irememberthisonetimetherewasthis80yearoldwomanwithawalker.Shezoomedpastmeonthesidewalk.Iwaslike,wow,Imustbewalkingreallyslowly.Sydneyinthesummertimehashotweather.Inthis90degreeweather,Iwaswearingablackwoolpeacoatandglovesonmyhandstotrytokeepfrombeingchilled.Iwassocold.Iwouldgethomeattheendofthedayandtakeahotshowerbecausemyfeetweresocoldtheywouldn'theatupanyotherway.IwouldtakeasecondshowerinthedayeventhoughI'mnotanighttimeshowerer,I'mamorningshowerer.Iwouldgetoutoftheshowerandmyfeetstillweren'twarm.Iwouldsitinthemyfeetinabucketofhotwaterfortherestofthenight.

Iwascompletelyconstipated,nosexdriveatall.Iwasgoingtodoctorsandtheywererunningmythyroidnumberswithbloodworkandsayingthatmylevelswereallroughlyinthenormalrangeroughlyandthatitwasn'tmythyroid.Ididn'tknowwhatitwas.Ifinallyfoundadoctorwhowouldtreatmythyroidmoreaggressively,treatmysymptomsinsteadofmybloodworknumbers.Ifinally,betweenthyroidtreatmentandadrenaltreatment,gotfeelinggoodagain.Thatwas11,12yearsago.Thatwasalongtimeago.
