However, such an imagination creates a subtle dissonance between our faith and our technological lives where we no longer read from scrolls but screens of hypertext, and where we no longer merely traverse physical space but also cyberspace. If the internet and its devices of access have deeply and irrevocably changed the way we think, live, and interact with one another, then there is a relative lack in the extent of the church’s theological reflection concerning this. It leads us to inquire about the relationship between humanity and its technology in light of God’s revelation, and more importantly, will we have smartphones in heaven? All are welcome. Church Wide Tracting to Queenstown Neighbourhood on 3 March (Sun) Every year, True Way conducts tracting to the Queenstown HDB neighbourhood to distribute small token gifts and evangelism programme flyers to the 1000 households in the Queenstown. The first church wide tracting for this year will happen on 3 March (Sun). The main focus of the tracting is to build rapport with the residents by giving each household a token gift, and invite them to join our outreach programmes. All DG members are strongly encouraged to participate and more details will be disseminated through the DG Leaders. Worshippers who are not with any DGs are also encouraged to participate. The prevalence and accessibility of media in the Digital Age makes it easy for the young to easily develop undesirable media habits, behaviour and actions if left to their own devices. In this interactive class, parents will learn more about appropriate sexuality education at home, the latest trends in media and technology, and how to teach our children to be discerning when using these platforms. This course is suitable for parents with children aged 5 to 18.

This class seeks to better understand Paul’s letter to the Philippians so that we may know what is true Christian joy. The background of the letter, its structure, and key themes will be taught. This class will be taught by Dr Tan Kim Huat who is the Chen Su Lan Professor of New Testament at Trinity Theological College.
