STORY• Raas Lila Drama takes palce at night,outside

the village,in the forest.• Lord Krishna plays the flute and the milk

maids(Gopies) dances around him.• Those who takes part in Raas lila are > unafraid. > away from the security of the village and

family.

• Yet they feel safe and secure.• They sing and dance around Lord Krishna.• Everyone forms a circle equi distance from Lord

Krishna.• There do so of their own free will .• They are > not bind with any duties and responsibilities. >no law or system obligation. > do not feel threatened. > not under pressure. > no jealousy and envy.• Each one feels that Lord Krishna is given them

complete attention.

MORALE• It represents as an ideal organization to be

like.• Forest as a market place, Boss as Lord Krishna

and employees like the maids (Gopies).• Boss in the organisation,like Lord Krishna > understand. > treat everyone equally. > take care of all the employees. > freedom to employees.

• Employees like maids (Gopies) > feel safe and secure. > fully appreciated. > each one feels special. > believe in the boss.• the result be fruitful• Like how the Boss treats the employees, like wise the employee also treats the same.

• Employees > gives their best. > no one is jealous. > warmth and affection all around. > belongings with the organization. > everyone works in full zeal and passion. > the outcome is productive. > happy with the organization.
