• After interviewing and completing in-house assessments of the relevant skills of the candidates, the Recruiter will do ITC, academic and criminal checks as part of the shortlisting process.

• A selection of suitable candidates will be interviewed. Interview scores and feedback will be compiled and reported to the Client.

• Reference checks will be done on the candidates and feedback provided to the Client.

• Where required the candidates will undergo psychometric testing.

Select

• Based on the requirements of the Client, the Recruiter will identify appropriate candidates through external advertising, analysing our in- house database and/or headhunting.

• After screening of the candidates has taken place, the Recruiter will provide a shortlist to the Client.

• The Recruiter will send the resumes of the shortlisted candidates to the Client for their review.

Refer

• Based on the Client’s input, the Recruiter will arrange for interviews with the Clients identified and appropriate personnel.

• The Recruiter will follow up with the Client to ensure future employee requirements meet the Client’s needs.

FAQ’s

Q: How does EpicCo go about filling a position?A: The job specification will be converted into a job advertisement. The vacancy will then be advertised on local and national job websites. Depending on the level of the position a questionnaire will be required to be completed to ascertain suitability of the candidate. We will then extract all applications and CV’s, and based on the job specifications, will shortlist suitable candidates.

Q: How will EpicCo manage my interview?A: EpicCo will work with the Client to develop a interview strategy, specifically looking at producing an Interview Guide. Candidates will be contacted telephonically by us to confirm availability and to set up an interview.

FAQ’s

Q: How will EpicCo deal with offers of employment?A: EpicCo will discuss the job offer with the Client. After which we will, on confirmation of the suitability of the candidate, make an offer verbally to the candidate, which will be followed up with a written offer. The written offer is required to be accepted in writing by the candidate.

Q: How much does recruitment through EpicCo cost?A: An agreed percentage linked to the cost to company salary of the candidate.

Q: Can I choose to use EpicCo exclusively?A: Yes. Signing an EpicCo Exclusive deal offers the Client with various advantages. These include:

• Avoiding duplicate candidates, • Protection against multiple agency

commissions• Assignments paid on success only,• Discounts available on exclusive contracts

(depending on length of the contract).
