Overview of System - Introduction

- Name EOS stands for Greek God.

- Mainly to handle Redressing in warehouse.

- Using customized QI Flag in SAP to track different needs of Redressing depends on Supplier and Products needs.

- Mainly use for Inbound Redressing

- Seldom use for Outbound Redressing( to redress to comply hospital standard)

- Document Department will trigger invoice information from SAP system into IDC system via T-Code ZTHSD_OC_GEN_U029. Invoices need to be download less than 5 mins.

- Same staging files is use for EOS Program

- Using customized QI Flag in SAP to track different needs of Redressing depends on Supplier and Products needs.

- User to maintain QI flag in Material Master
