Periodic rollup' reads balances from any ledger. This procedure is used particularly when the General Ledger system uses customer- specific additional account assignments that also need to be transferred into the consolidation processing ledger. The standard conversion of the organizational units and account numbers takes place in pre-defined standard exits within the field transfer rules of the rollup processor. Customer-specific additional account assignments must be defined by enhancing the field transfer rules in Customizing. In a central system, the rollup directly updates the consolidation database. In remote scenarios, either an IDOC, a UNIX file or a PC file is created and impo rted into the Consolidation system. This business process procedure explains the steps required to set up a “Rollup” froma user defined ledger. Periodic rollup' reads balances from any ledger. Procedural Steps

1.1. Access transaction by:

Via MenusThrough IMG: Accounting→ Financial  Accounting→Consolidation

Preparation→General Specifications→ Scope of Consolidation and Data

Transfer →Set up Rollup from User Defined Ledger Via Transaction Code OCCI

1.1. Once the required data has been entered as specified within the initial screen “IntegrateGroup Data”, click on the button “Actual Detail” and enter information in the fields asspecified in the below table:
