Photographs A minimum of ten digital photographs saved at 300dpi on CD or USB Flash Drive, suitable for display or reproduction. Drawings Where appropriate please provide copies of sketches, floor plans, elevations and details to illustrate the work, all reduced to preferably A4 (297mm x 210mm) size. JUDGING CRITERIA Judging of submissions will occur in April 2019 and awards will be presented in May 2019. For information about judging criteria please refer to Council’s webpage. CONDITIONS The project/site must be located within the Ipswich Local Government Area. The project and all relevant approvals are normally completed in the current and/or preceding year. The owner’s approval must be sought and given on the nomination form.

Burley Griffin Design Awards
All types of built projects are eligible including:
� dwellings, duplexes, units and group housing
� educational, religious, community or health care buildings
� master planned estates
� small or large scale retail, hotels, office or industrial developments
� public spaces
Ron Brown Heritage Awards
All types of conservation projects are eligible including:
� maintenance of heritage buildings including colour schemes
� restoration of a building to an earlier or original appearance
� sympathetic additions to an original building
� adaptive reuse of heritage places
� signage
Robyn Buchanan History Awards
� heritage education and promotion
� heritage research
� aboriginal cultural heritage projects
� local and oral histories
� publications and websites
Student Entries
Students from Prep to University level can enter heritage or design projects in the Awards. Student awards will be selected from all categories.
