Entraco has setup another company and have started manufacturing high end compact bus ducts at Nashik, India in collaboation with BKS Stromschienen Ag from Switzerland. These are LV and MV cast resin and sandwich busduct systems that has application from residential towers to commercial buildings, industrial projects to infrastructure projects such as aiports and seaports. To tap the growing power generation and transmission segment opportunity, Entraco has joined hands with another European company to form a JV manufacturing Isolated phase bus duct of MV and HV rating. Adding these range, Entraco will be the only busduct manufacturer in India with a range from 400 Amps to 6300Amps that covers all market segments.

turnkey projectsEntraco has successfully completed over 200 turnkey projects. With experienced talent and state-of-the-art infrastructure, Entraco has been able to offer all the services from design phase to final installation and maintenance under one roof. Entraco has class ‘A’ contractor license to execute project with unlimited value, including MV and HV substation and transmission lines.

Bus DuctsSuper-Compact-Resin bus ducts are developed for distribution of electrical power in low voltage installations as an alternative to numerous cables. These bus ducts have been tested and proved outdoors and inside in aggressive atmospheres and in explosive areas. With its higher degree of safety, simple design, easy to install and maintenance-free, its extremely in high demand. Entraco has tied up with BKS – Switzerland to manufacture these bus ducts in India along with Sandwich type bus ducts that has even larger market within India as well as worldwide.

isolate Phase Bus Ducts (iPBD)With increasing number of power generation projects and distribution network, the demand for IPBD is ever growing. There are very few players in Indian market that has manufacturing base and design engineering support to supply IPBD.

Packaged substationsInstead of outdoor open transformers, packaged substations are safer and custom built to client’s specifications. Entraco’s packaged substation is one of India’s top three approved compact substations by the industry.

Switchboards and control PanelsThese main consoles allow our clients to monitor and channel the use of energy in their production plant and help distribution of energy as required for maximum output.


marketing & Sales

Entraco is well positioned to leverage the booming market requirement with its current infrastructure and future expansion will only make it more lucrative. Given the market’s hunger, the situation will remain same and become more favorable to the company that can offer the service at faster speed.

Access to super-compact Resin cast bus ducts technology gives us the added benefit since there is no other company in India manufacturing this type of bus duct (IP-68). Due to its outdoor application in any given conditions and maintenance-free feature, it’s the ideal and preferred solution for mega projects such as airports, chemical and Oil & Gas plants, IT parks, residential towers and nuclear plants among others. Entraco also caters to other markets with its IP-55 Sandwich bus ducts as well as IP-44 Air insulated bus ducts. To complete the bus duct range, Entraco is in process of setting up manufacturing MV and HV IPBD (Isolated phase bud duct), a must in power generation and distribution networks.

Finally, our niche market segment is a notch below what the multinationals target (projects worth up to $0.5 million). There is no major player in this space and we have a long lead in this segment to supply bus ducts and control panels. To support our efforts, we use most of the traditional marketing avenues along with our time tested methods to drum up new business. Our efforts in participating in industry conferences and exhibitions have been very rewarding. To date, we have been successful in partnering with Siemens, ABB, L&T, Schneider and few other multinationals. As a validation, our products have been exported to Europe, Middle East, Africa and neighboring countries in Asia with positive feedback on quality and service.

SalesIn order to reach our clients, we get leads through industry network and publicly published tenders. In many instances, we get repeat business when our clients are going for expansion and/or new units as well as client referrals and electrical consultants.

We stock and/or manufacture products that reflect our time and cost estimate for project implementation. The sales force is in constant communication with stock room to ensure availability. Our sales force follow up and follow through the whole process to ensure proper service and customer satisfaction. The ERP system helps all department and the management live view of the project and accurate estimate of final delivery.

Entraco has sales office in multiple cities apart from its head office in Nashik.

2. EntracoBKS and another European firm signed a MOU to manufacture IPBD (Isolated phase bus duct) In India by 2nd quarter of 2011. Until then, the IPBDs will be imported in India through EntracoBKS.

3. Entraco is developing GIBD (Gas-Insulated bus duct) to add to its growing bus duct family. Combining these, Entraco will cover more than 85% of bus duct range required in electrical projects.

4. Entraco plans to expand its market share by opening up Sales & marketing offices within India as well in middle-east and Africa. With its partner in Europe, Entraco has added exposure to Europe, Australia, South-East Asia for new markets.

5. Going forward, Entraco will invest in expansion, additional manpower, strategic acquitions, financial and other resources to realize the above projections.

He has provided innovative solutions on various prestigious projects and is committed to serve the clients. His initiative and persistance has earned the confidence in our partners and customers in building long lasting relationships.Mr. Nasikkar has been in the power industry for over 25 years. He holds a Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Pune, India.

mangesh nasikkar, Finance, indiaMangesh has been the key player in managing Entraco’s day-to-day operation along with handling the CFO responsibilities. He has extensive experience in managing vendors, suppliers as well as customer interactions during project execution. Mangesh holds a B.S. in Chemistry from University of Bombay, India, which was instrumental in forming the Entraco Metals division.

Shrikant nasikkar, marketingAs a Director of worldwide sales and marketing services, Shrikant oversees the company’s global sales and marketing needs. Shrikant has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Prior to joining Entraco full time, Shrikant has worked in a management position at Los Angeles Times, eIndia and Kaiser Permanente, USA. Shrikant holds a bachelor degree in Advertising and Marketing from University of Bombay, India and MS from UCLA, majoring interactive marketing and visual communications.
