Deploying self-service users is easy. HR.net Enterprise isa web-based application and the only prerequisites formanager and employee self-service users are that theyuse Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3 web browsers and can‘see’ the server where HR.net Enterprise is located eitherover your company network or securely over the Internet.Users do not have to install any specialist software ontheir PCs. HR.net Enterprise comes with an integral emailengine which is used to route notifications back to managers and employees. These can be sent to theuser’s email account (e.g. Outlook, Lotus Notes etc). No specialist email software or integration is required.

Working with a dedicated project manager for the duration of your deployment, he or she will workwith you to ensure a smooth implementation of HR.net Enterprise agreeing a project plan with youand ensuring the implementation milestones are achieved.

Project duration depends on your requirements. However typically we aim to get customers to a phase 1 ‘go live’ (software installed, data imported, system configured including manager andemployee self-service and HR users trained) within 6 to 8 weeks of contract signature.

on a single CD and can be installed easily by the customer. Typically there are two upgrade releasesof the software per annum ensuring you keep pace with the latest developments and best functionality.Upgrades do not overwrite or impact any parts of HR.net Enterprise configured for you.
